Work Policy
Purpose:
The purpose of the policy is to compensate team members supporting us during declared holidays.Eligibility:
This Policy applies to all regular employees of the company.Occurrences and Pre-conditions:
- The occurrence can be of below kind:
- – When called upon to work on a declared holiday.
Pre-Conditions:
- The request for additional work on holiday off must be initiated by the reporting manager.
- In case of a dedicated resource, the same must be initiated by the client.
Note: If the employee works on a holiday without request from manager / client would not be eligible for benefits under this policy.
Benefits:
The benefits under this policy shall apply as under:| Declared Holiday | Additional Leave | Additional Pay |

| Less Than 4 hrs | 0.5 CO | 1 day CTC (min Rs 750) |
| More than 4 hrs | 1 CO | 2 days CTC (min Rs. 1500) |
Process:
- The lead generates the request keeping HR in the loop.
- HR Includes the same in the payroll input after validating the in – out time in HRMS.
- The payout is done in the subsequent payroll.
