Krishan candidly emailed the People & Culture team on the 29th June, 2023 to highlight that in our recently published policy Employment of Relatives or Family members we used the terminology natural siblings wasn’t a correct term, as the definition of natural is ambiguous and broad, and instead replacing it with biological siblings would be more accurate and removes any ambiguity hence providing clarity to anyone reading the policy.

We thank Krishan, on behalf of the People & Culture team for suggesting such a change, and encourage other Uplerites to send us similar suggestion whenever they have one.
