To provide employees with the opportunity to adjust their work hours temporarily based on personal needs while ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
To maintain a healthy work-life balance for employees while meeting organizational objectives.
The connection between the partial working policy and respect lies in the provision for flexible work arrangements during employees’ personal needs, fostering mutual understanding and trust, and cultivating a supportive work environment.
All confirmed full-time employees who have completed one year of service within the organization with performance ratings falling within the range of 3 to 5 are eligible. Employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and those with performance rating below 3 are excluded from this policy.
1. Employees seeking for reduction in working hours must ensure that they have enough work to cover the entire duration of the flexible work arrangement. Any changes in availability must be promptly communicated to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and their respective reporting manager.
2. Performance expectation remains the same and will have the same criteria and process

1. Employees must submit a request via mail to their reporting manager for a flexible work arrangement, specifying the reason, number of hours, duration (start and end date) Approval from the immediate reporting manager and Head of Department (HOD) is required.
2. Employees must provide appropriate documentation for medical, educational, or family reasons to support their flexible work arrangement requests.
3. Reporting manager to review the request and forward it to the HOD for approval.
4. Post approval from HOD reporting manager to send the mail to HRBP
5. HRBP to validate the request and communicate the decision to the employee
6. HRBP to forward approved requests to Payroll and HR Operations for pro-rating of salary, allowances, and leaves.
7. Employees must provide at least two weeks’ notice before returning to full-time work or requesting further continuation of the part-time basis. Continuation is subject to approval from the reporting manager and HOD.
All information in the policy, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any unauthorized individuals or parties. Disclosing the information to competitors, or individuals without a legitimate need for access is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
The organization reserves the right to vary, replace or terminate this policy from time to time
