Q 1. My laptop appears faulty / broken / not connecting etc?

Please Email - itsupport@uplers.in with your mobile no. with the issue, our IT spoc shall get in touch with you.

Q 2. I have not received relieving / experience letter yet. What should I upload in HROne Portal?

Please upload the recent 3 months salary slips, email snapshot of your resignation letter and acceptance thereof. Additionally please email - Naina.r@uplers.in with an expected timeline by when you would submit the relieving letter.

Q 3. I have a doubt about Salary components / Salary deductions. Who should I connect?

Please write an email to salarysupport@uplers.in with your Employee ID in subject.

Q 4. I raised an attendance regularisation request / leave request, which still shows pending. What should I do?

Please check with your HRBP once and remind your team lead / manager to approve it.

Q 5. I am facing challenge in uploading my scanned documents on HROne / HROne link shows expired?

Please get in touch with compliance Naina.r@uplers.in or sakshi.n@uplers.in If in case you are having trouble while filling Signeasy forms, you have to login with your personal mail ID.

Q 6. I want to understand how tax shall be calculated on my salary?

Please ensure to join the monthly finance session to understand different aspects. You can go through Investment Declaration Document shared by payroll and connect with Sanju.k@uplers.in (Sanju Kushwaha) from finance for personal query.

Q 7. I joined last month, when would be my probation review? Who should I reach out to for information?

Probation review happens once in every month. Please reach out to your HRBP to confirm the date of review.

Q 8. I want to change my shift timings, who should I reach out to?

Please discuss with your HRBP and team lead / manager. Accordingly if possible, changes can be made in your shift time.

Q 9. I have joined today, HROne attendance system (while marking attendance) shows shift not assigned / different shift time?

Please take a screenshot of the screen and share it with your HRBP. They will make required amendments in the system.

Q 10. I had agreed for night shift while signing the offer letter, however I have been asked to log in the morning. Who should I reach?

For some projects, during initial training days, candidates are required to log in the morning. Please check the training duration and reconfirm your shift time with your team lead / manager & HRBP.

Q 11. I have not opted for PF deduction, why do I still have to fill the PF form?

All Uplers / Mavlers employees are required to fill the PF form as per 'Compliance' requirement. If you have not opted for PF, please fill the form only with your KYC details.

Q 12. I have joined one week back and I am in probation period at the moment. How can I avail planned leaves and how many days before do I need to apply for it?

You can apply for leaves as soon as it is visible on your HROne dashboard. However you need to take prior approval from your team lead / manager, ideal advance notice shall be 7 -10 days.
